Science Day Needs Help

My name is Heather Allen and I am the K-5 science curriculum coordinator for Columbus City Schools. A teacher at Burroughs Elementary reached out for help with a science day on October 28.
She needs a volunteer to be a "mad scientist" and do a science experiment while groups rotate throughout the day.

Do you know of a retired teacher that would be available to help out Burroughs that day?
Any guidance you can provide would be great

Another Volunteer Opportunity

One of the toughest challenges people face is getting to  and from much-needed medical appointments and cancer treatments.  Hers is where CEA-R members can help: Volunteer to be a Road to Recovery Volunteer with The American Cancer Society.  Using your  own vehicle you can help patients get to their appointments  and treatments.  You can do it on your own time schedule and drive only to areas/health systems that you wish.  Getting involved is quick and easy. Call ACS at 1-800-227-2345 to find out the details.

Help save lives by becoming a Road to Recovery volunteer.
